The FoodMed facilitates and selects a managing personnel as well as cooks, maîtres, sommeliers, etc. by means of different collaboration agreements with the best educational institutions of a gastronomic sector from Mediterranean countries.

Each year, more than a thousand students from all over the world pass the classrooms of the Centro Superior de Hosteleria del Mediterraneo to study cuisine, gastronomy and tourism that allows us to have a complete database with a great number of professionals prepared and qualified to work in any country.

Each person receives the initial training needed to be able to work and operate in our company that allows us to have an excellent workforce, totally polyvalent and motivated, with the ability of international mobility.
