FoodMed is a project developed by the Centro Superior de Hosteleria del Mediterraneo to promote implementation of the Mediterranean cuisine restaurants all over the world. FoodMed is a gastronomic voyage of your senses and demonstration of the lifestyle that occurs around the Mediterranean Sea, eating healthy, calmly, using the high quality ingredients, where dishes are prepared with love and with satisfaction, with a good care and pleasure of life.

On the day of 16 of November of 2010 the UNESCO Intergovernmental Committee agreed to enter the Mediterranean Diet to the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The Mediterranean Diet is an immense and millennial cultural inheritance that is evolutionary, dynamic and vital.

The aim of the project is to establish a new business model basing on and giving value to the best known world’s cuisines: French, Italian and Spanish.
